IIDX controller question

So I want to get better at IIDX so I was thinking I should buy the controller. The problem is that I don't have enough money to afford a japanese PS2 or the game, but I have the game on my computer (Be-Pachi Music). So there's this controller on Play Asia located here that I want to use.

Does this controller have a USB cable that is able to connect to the Be-Pachi Music?

Replies/Help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

According to Play Asia, the Konami ASC is sold out.

To be honest, the standard controller works fine.

I remember a few years ago, at Radio Shack, I found a PS2 to USB adapter. I've never tried it with a beatmania controller, but I would think that it would work ok. I'm just not sure how it would detect the turntable.

And IMO, if you can afford an ASC, you should just grab a USKOC and import a PS2 and get distorted or gold.

For the record, no, it doesn't have a USB cable. And also, if you're dead set on getting an ASC, just get a Dao instead. You get better quality for the money and it has a USB connection with no lag.

Oh, if you're looking for a USKOC I may be able to find one, there seem to have been A LOT shipped in my area.

my suggestion, is if you have the money for an ASC, go to dj-dao.com and get one of those.
