Default IIDX Stands/Racks

This may be a really lame question but, what type of stands/racks do you use for IIDX? I need to get one now that I don't have the small table I used and don't really have much around my house. I want to use a speceal stand, (if there is any) that would be good for IIDX/Pop'n Music.

I use a shelf on top of one of the stands I use for playing my keyboards.

Works very well

Was thinking of that but then I thought is might move a little too much or wobble too much since it's a for piano. But I guess that should be good. I'll look into that. Thanks.
Any other suggestions are accepted as well. Pics would be really helpful as well.

The question asked is not lame; I asked the same thing before. I use a small table built from 3 wooden boards. I know some people use an ironing board, but I think that's ridiculous and it would wobble. Some even use laundry baskets to put their IIDX controller on!

Does anyone know of an object that can support 2 IIDX controllers at the same height? I want to play 14keys. BTW I play on my knees, I don't sit on a chair..

If your controller is smaller like a KOC, I would just have a sort of table at a comforatable level for your hands.

If your controller is one of those larger ASC controllers (especially ones that have sides for both players), I would try finding or buying a piano stand.

I got a adjustable table that can go from 24" to 28" from Wal Mart for $10 which works with my TV dead on. Alot of people prefer keyboard stands, but they suck when it comes to trying to play sitting down.

Mine's custom made.

Scroll through the Home Setup thread. You'll see what people have.

I use my lap.
There's no wobble, or restraint, or any cost. Your lap will work fine.

Otherwise go down to your nearest am ash/Keyboard Place and get a Keyboard Stand. Otherwise build a custom desk mounted rack, which is what I'm planning to do.

I also use a keyboard stand for my ASC controller. For my KOC, usually my lap since I dont have a small table.

I use two of those long, thin Sterilite bins they sell at Wal-Mart, stacked on top of each other...

But when I'm only playing 7key, my lap is way more convenient.

Anyway, definitely look at the home setup thread... for some reason I can't find a link offhand, but it's somewhere around here.

I use one of those too. The level of the table for me is perfect when I play, since I usually play seated.

Thanks alot for all the suggestions. I appreciate all of them. I'll check them out. I'll look into the Home Setup Thread to see what everyone is using like you guys said.
Thanks again*

*I play standing up so I can't really play on my lap or anything, Thanks anyway...
