My favorite thing about the Arcade Style is the EQ, among other things. How do you play?
EQ: On
Effects: Reverb 3 or Echo 6, depending on the song.
Hi: Full
Low: Full
Track: Full
Play: Full
Side: 1P
Stance: One foot on floor, one on 2P's side.
I also like messing with the EQ a lot, that is, when I can.

Last time I played Arcade I didn't fiddle with any of the EQ settings except
Reverb 1
Echo 3
Echo 5
I use them when I think it would sound better.
Low-pass at max, because that's how I roll.
And I play on 1p side because that's what I'm used to.

It's AC, but yeah, I don't think anybody had too much trouble figuring out what you meant.
I usually use Reverb 3 simply because it tends to be the loudest and easiest to hear. Even if it does sometimes sound kind of like ass.

Reverb 3. Track and play at full, High and Low at midpoint, where the black line suggesting the optimal setting is. (Needless to say every single other person just ignores the line and cranks it) | |

As far as I'm concerned, cranking it = louder and if the machine's hard to hear, any little thing that will raise the volume is necessary in my book.

The only options I ever see is Reverb 3 or Echo. And I can't cycle between the two of them it is one or the other. The other option would be EQ only.
I don't hear a difference in sound, so I just make sure to push that vfx button to make the speakers useful XD | |

oh im all about the echo maxed to 6... it really makes me feel more in control of the music... if I screw up... so will the music... but if it plays right timing... it sounds so much better...
oh and everything else turned up too of course... the louder the better XD!
but for some reason, whenever I play era step mix, and bad routine... If i put it on echo 5... the volume gets super super loud for some reason... like beyond the normal maximum volume... course thats just me playing only at tga all the time... i know its the machine, but if someone here goes to tga... play any song, then play bad routine [h] and tell me what you think... | |

I wish they'd add a distortion key to the EQ. Then we could get some Digital Hardcore sounds coming from Voltage XD

There is that slider all solo on the left, thats your VEFX or whatever.
Then you have the 5 EQ sliders to the right of that. | |

Stance: left foot on floor, right foot close to the center if playing standing up. I like using the chair sometimes.
Deep Roar is incredibly fun with the EQ all the way up, since it'll leave your ears ringing afterwards.
Pollinosis is fun with the Effects on Reverb 3 and the volume controls all the way up. | |
