Inori [A]'s notechart appreciation thread

its a great song. one of my favorites from Red cs but the note chart bores the hell out of me. its weird i listen to it all the time but i cant play through it without getting extremely bored.

Completely and totally agreed. I'm a busy guy; I have neither the attention span nor the free time for these confounded 3 minute songs or whatever. Like Beyond the Earth, that song is waaaay too long for a music game. Not to mention everything else Nekomata Master has made sounds just like it.

But anyway, as I was saying, moving on, anyhow...I like Inori a lot but whenever someone picks it on IIDX Gold I just wanna throw a cup of Hawaiian Punch in their face for holding up the machine.

Key difference: Beyond the Earth doesn't repeat the same thing for 3/4ths of the song, but Inori does. At least I get more out of the chart than the same thing over and over again. Also, BtE is fun on every difficulty, and Inori just cures insomnia.

But hey, that's just my opinion, and I don't bite someone's head off for having different musical tastes than me and don't belittle others because they dislike a song I enjoy. Only a douche-bag would do something like that.

You can go back to proclaiming Slake as the second coming of Christ now.

That's a rather caustic overreaction to a post that wasn't even inflammatory. I'm glad most users on here are so courteous and accommodating, or I'd find another place to discuss rhythm games and their spiritual significance to my life.

By the way, Slake can't be related to Jesus H. Christ since JC was a stoner and Slake is obviously a heavy drinker. If he had an autobiography, I'd totally cite that baby.
