I'm sorry but other than the clothes she looks nothing like Iroha.
She's too fat and her boobs are too small, also she looks far too asian.
Very few cosplay can really be considered good. | |

If you're going to critique her on her presentation, keep your comments limited to things she can actually control, namely her outfit, which, mind you, is spot on.
I've never really dabbled in cosplay, but I've got plenty of friends that've spent weeks creating their costumes from scratch. Good cosplay is hard work, and looking *EXACTLY*like a character, while perhaps something to aspire to, is not exactly something that's necessary. Creating an outfit that adheres to an artist's specifications is hard enough to begin with.
tl;dr: Stop being a dick. Both her outfit and her aesthetic are fine.

Whether one would agree or disagree, I'd still say kudos to that person for doing a cosplay of something that is unique and different (in an environment where the only cosplays are usually of the usual naruto, gundam, full metal, and the usual stuff).
