Either way, you have to admit that it's a good deal. If I didn't already have two controllers (with a Ransai on the way), I'd get it. :P

ok just want to point out THIS MAY BE YOUR ONLY CHANCE to get one for that cheap. Unless you got to a store in the U.S. and get a crappy version.

...or you could just get a friend that works at GS, hope they have a copy of BM US, sell the game and have them buy the controller on their discount.

Okay, how is the US KOC a crappy version, because from what I can see most people are quite pleased with it.

BMUS sucks everything is AAA.
And, 50 bucks is the standard price for that controller in japan.

And that still doesn't answer my question. I asked what is it that makes the USKOC(US Controller) a bad one? I find that a lot of people here like it as much as if not more than the JP one. Plus, it is now way cheaper than the JKOC and you get a (not so great) game with it.

I thought the only difference between the two is that they have slight cosmetic differences and design differences that make the JP one stick and the US one doesn't? (US one is spring loaded, right?)

Unless you're talking about the game which I would agree wasn't very good compared to the JP games.

after playing on a koc, a uskoc, and a modded jkoc, i think that a uskoc==cardboard mod on a jkoc.

aparently the turntables are different (more than cosmetic), but i couldn't tell how.

Wait to go on derailment of the thread, you guys.

FYI: After a slight modding of the turntable via adjusting the screw on it, or doing the waxpaper mod, the USKOC rivals a reasonably modded (I'm looking at you, xybur :P) JPKOC.
