I swear to you this song samples an electronica song. I know i've heard the lyrics before, but i cannot find a single source with the lyrics online, nor have i been able to find the source song.

What song is this sampling??

Well, if that's the case, both songs used similar samples. Another such example is BanYa's "X-TREME" and Naoki's "Gorgeous 2012".

As is very very often the case, it's not sampling another song. It's using samples that other songs have used.
