Hello I decided im gona start playing beatmania at my local arcade and was wondering if there are any artists that are from ddr or drummania like beforu and other bands.

There are few songs from DM and GF I think, and there are quite a few BeForU/Riyu Kosaka songs as well.

Of course there are artists from DDR on beatmania/IIDX. Many of Konami's inhouse musicians that you hear on DDR write exclusively for IIDX (with the exception of NAOKI, U1, and Sota Fujimori); most original songs on DDR are merely transplants from the beatmania series.

drummania is another story, though. There are a couple transplants from the series in HAPPY SKY (Himawari, Agnus Dei) and DistorteD (Concertino in Blue), but the only band that does a lot of originals for both series is BeForU.
