I cant quite read japanese, but from the looks of it, he's done lectures at Konami School before. http://www.konamischool.jp/

Many of the graduateas are actually working on the Bemani AC -> CS conversions. A few also get moved on to higher projects. I know that a few of Igarashi's projects on the GBA and DS contained a bunch of graduates.

but I do wonder, why they have musicians lecturing there? Maybe it's just part of the giant amount of cross-promotion Konami does with like every product they set out.
do they offer study abroad? oh that would be so cool.
and is it a 4 year institution, or 2 year, or a technical school? Probably the last one... but who knows. I wonder what it takes to get in, and who goes there? (or is it just post-college training facility?)

I'm not sure, but I think it's 2 years. | since like half of konami's flagship products ARE music games, it does make sense that they would teach "sound" along with "programming, design, and planning", though i assume you only go there to get good at one of the four.
So, with 50 people, how exactly does a school like this work?
