Oh wow... that looks like an awesome event. I think the Drink Cost means that you'll have to pay for your own drinks. No free drink. u_u And yeah, Valentine Hero sounds about right.

Hell, even TaQ played early December. So, whilst you (and basically everyone here, including me) may be missing out on nice events, you'll still make it next year. Only thing you need to worry about is how popular Bemani stays during the course of the year.
