Left vs Right side?

Should it really matter what side the turntable is on? I'm a right handed person but I play with the turntable on the left (simply because it came that way and I built a habit of just playing it like that). However, with me being right handed, am I limiting myself by using my left to spin the turntable?

Just curious, but how have some of you right handed players developed by using the player 1 side, if you play on that side?

it really only depends on what you're used to. stay on your side and you'll be fine.

i'm left handed but my right hand scratches, since the bm gottamix days. but for some reason a lot of right handed guys play on the right side. but i suppose thats because a lot of them started playing since the old bm days.

Exactly.

Chonny, when you get your game, just experiment and stick with whatever feels more comfortable. neither side holds any real advantage, it just depends on what you prefer.
