missnamed genre's in IIDX

basically there are songs out there that don't have the correct genre. which is obvious from the title.

ITT we talk about what could be the correct genre for certain songs featured in IIDX.

Why do Cheer Train and Radical Faith have the same genre? They're both classified as Big Beat but clearly.... Cheer Train is like... NOT. Oh, and 5PM Eternal shouldn't be "ragga jungle". It should be "ABSOLUTE GARBAGE"

it's just what the artists of the songs want to name it as. they're the makers of it, so i'm guessing they get to categorize whichever genre they want it to be; they seem to be having fun about it, so what can we do?

yeah, HUMAN SEQUENCER isn't the best either.

That would be Ganymede from DistorteD, it might not be misnamed, but it has to be one of the wierder genres inside IIDX. There is also iFuturelist's "Futurelists Type" also from DD.

IIDX RED has America, Japan, France, and Africa as genres, I'm sure that those songs could easily fit into other genres, but Konami didnt put them there.

Beatmania has a lot of this kind of stuff, I agree with CRAPPUCCINOo, the artist says whatever they want and its there...
