Which one do I select? Japan? USA/Canada?

I'm pretty sure if you have an american PS2, then you buy the american one.

You order for the region your system is from. Assuming you're in the US, you want the NTSC USA one.

Last I heard, SwapMagic is garbage, though.

Yeah, I Ordered the US/Canada one. I just figured that would make sense...

I just wasn't sure if it meant:

Japan: Allows American system to play Japan Games
Japan: For Japanese Systems

USA: Allows Japan games to play USA/Canada games.
USA: For USA Systems

Can't wait to play Red!

No, you'll be able to play cd import of ps2 games, for example taiko no tatsujin which is a CD pased ps2 games.

Most all cd based ps2 games are the blue bottom ones.
