Yes, in doubles you have to deal with your non-dominant hand (unless you're fortunate enough to be ambidextrous), but you don't have to deal with stuff like Karma [N], which was not meant for one-handed play (at least it seemed that way, as I got every other 5 in DD before it). Also, some songs (like THE CUBE and Captivate ~Sabaki~) are actually difficult in doubles compared to their singles charts, so you can actually be challenged by them.
