Question about HS rating system and BPM changes.

1. Can someone post a link to a HS conversion system for all styles? It was similar to the navigation system HS uses. nevermind I found it...

2. What do you players use for BPM changes? Im currently at 10* [h] , 9 or 10 * [a] level. I try to use sudden+, but end up messing up my combo ( mind the gap and that 11* jamican song). and when I use the high speed change, it also counts my taps on the key, thus getting poors and such. I know practice is a factor, but Im just asking what help you people out at my level of play.

What do you mean by "use for the BPM changes"? Are you referring to changing the HS in the middle of the song? I personally don't bother with that, and just deal with it. Trying to mess with that stuff always just messed me up even more.

If I use Sudden+ I have one single value that I set it at, before the song starts.

In song I only toggle Sudden+ on or off.

I never change the scroll speed within the song itself.

find a point of the song with no notes if you can and change the speed there. this is sometimes easier said than done, luckily it's very simple on songs like A or erasermotor phantom.

Same here. I find changing the high-speed a bit too much of a hassle mid-song.
It's just easier to double-tap Start than it is holding it down and changing the speed.


Also, a side question. How do you toggle Hid+ mid song? I know it's possible, I just don't know how to do it.

I think you just put the Sud + to zero and edit your Hid + then double tap the start. I could be wrong though, I've actually never tried.
