I keep thinking of some song and I cant for the life of me remember it. I'm close to positive its on DistorteD all I know is the video was like some billboard in the night with a bunch of flashing lights on it throughout the song and at the end it turns off into the morning. God I need to know!

Where did the Strong Jaeger (Ryu Remix) chorus sample originate from? I know I've heard it from somewhere other than IIDX and Bemani in general.

It's a parody of an old 70's television show in Japan called Denjin Zaboga. The hero (Yutaka Daimon) would remotely control a robot named Denjin Zaboga to fight monsters and the like. Zaboga could also transform into a motorcycle and his head would open up to reveal a small remote helicopter that could do stuff (see the video for Theme of Denjin J). Near the end of the series, Denjin Zaboga could combine with another robot (Machine Baja) to create "Strong Zaboga" (The Japanese title of The Strong Jaeger translates to "Combine! Strong Jaeger"). One of the abilities of Strong Zaboga is an attack where his arms shoot out (see the video for Strong Jaeger (Ryu remix)). Picutres here.

As for that voice sample, I don't know if actually "originated" from any one song. I know it's part of a voice sample pack along with the So Fabulous voice sample and the rest of the voices from Strong Jaeger (Eve Electro, and the others). I wouldn't be surprised to see it in a multitude of things.
