Marketplace Rating: 0 | Referring to Japanese titled BM songs? K, I'm new the whole BM scene, I just started playing these games about 2 weeks ago. I currently have US BM, 10th, 11 RED, and 12 HS, and I have a question. Some of the songs that I really like to play and listen to don't have an english translation, and only have the japanese characters for a title. How do you refer to these songs? Do they have an english name? For example, the 2 songs in Level 3 in 11 RED.

As far as the two songs in RED that you mention, they would be:
Oosanbashi (genre: JAPAN)
Perplexity (genre: ASIAN CROSSOVER)

Marketplace Rating: 0 | Another example is, if you are wondering, the song in IIDX 11 RED with long Japanese title and with the genre, DIRGE, is Piano Kyousoukyoku Daiichiban "Sasoribi" (ピアノ協奏曲第1番”蠍火”), which can be referred as Piano Concerto No.1 "Scorpion Fire", PF Concerto No.1 "Anti-Ares", or just simply "Scorpion Fire" or "Anti-Ares".

There are no songs with Japanese characters in the US version.

I meant the japanese song in 10th style, I believe it's a level 2 song. Kinda sounds like chanting.

Sorry, but I've never played on a IIDX machine before. Only a beatmania one. :/

Sorry, but I've never played on a IIDX machine before. Only a beatmania one. :/ | The answer: Yes. For example: タシカナモノ is the songtitle, and the ticker shows as TASHIKANAMONO.

Marketplace Rating: 1 | Also, other ones that display different:
冥 is displayed as "MEI (TAKASH)", which is Taka + Tatsh since the artist is Amuro vs Killer
And 嘆きの樹 doesn't display NAGEKI NO KI, instead it displays a series of words.

And how about 電人、暁に斃れる from IIDX? Some people call it "FATAL ATTACK" and I'm wondering whether it's from the LED marquee text.
