Is it? | Sakura is a totally seperate character who was created specifically for IIDX RED. since her name is actually Sakura (and not Alice), she is not the same character. Also, considering the fact that Sakura was actually dead but came back to life, there's another reason she and Alice are not the same person.
Alice is still Alice in the BG video for the song Sakura, they just put her in the video, I assume because she looks the most like a geisha out of all the other DDR characters.
