Unless he was playing some jazz song with fast scratches like Make me Your Own, he'd hit it forward each time. I had never tried this with 8th scratches, and when I did, I'd get a poor or bad due to my KOC not registering the scratch quickly enough, it's a USKOC by the way.
So my question is: Of the different brands of Arcade-Styled Controller, which one has a turntable that can handle quick scratches in one direction? I think KOC owners are in the minority here, so it seems like someone will have a good answer for me.
Thanks,
Creed

If you tighten your turntable up you'll be able to do quick same-direction scratches. The procedure is covered in a modding faq somewhere... maybe VJA?

Speaking of scratchy songs, 5.1.1 Another is probably possible only scratching in one direction.

On the KOC, being able to do that requires a certain rhythm and force, but is definitely possible.

It's probably not the fastest it will register, but it's the first thing that comes to mind.

Well, considering the machine is pretty old, I wouldn't be too surprised...

but I do agree when scratching in single direction, barely scratch so it doesn't move to much
