Strange DJ DAO FP7 problem

Ok my dj dao fp7 has been acting up for the past year now and its getting worse and worse. The major symptom is:

The controller decides to randomly work and not work even when everything is plugged in for sure. The buttons light up, but the buttons don't register. Basically just a very expensive light show. The strangest part is if i try to play the next day, it sometimes works perfectly fine. Does anyone know what the issue is?

I have come up with a few reasons for this problem and I need your help
1. Could it be that one of the microswitches are loose and the whole controller goes dumb because its a circuit?
2. Is my ps2 usb/controller ports broken? (controller port probably isn't the issue since my KOC and ps2 controller works fine)

Not 100% sure, but it sounds like you might need a new pcb.

Something in your PCB is shorting out and causing funky results. It might be something as rudimentary as a loose wire, or it could be something horrid like a frying PCB.

I would get a new PCB just in case.

how do i get a new pcb? through dao?
