This is a vastly erroneous thread for where it belongs but the discussion of the album has been active in here since its inception. I would also like to increase its presence.
Listen to the A remix on Milestone. As loud as you tolerably can.
Around 0:58-0:59, when the loud piano hit is dying down, you can hear some male voice speaking at a very low volume and it finishes at around 1:01. From the way it's heard, it sounds Japanese.
Anyone?

I don't know if my mind wants me to hear something after hearing about this, but I think I may have heard something sounding remotely near a voice. And I maxed out on headphones.
Does the "voice" sound sort of muffled? | |

Just some special sound effects made the song feel like broadcasting I think.Don't forget that Shounen A was under the pseudonym "Shounen Radio".
And if you listen to another Shounen Radio song (the full version of <neu>,which was included in the OST of Pop'n Music 15),at around 4'50- 5'05,you'll hear some strange noise samples too.If you know Pop'n Music 15 well,then you'll know that's the other three songs from Hell 15 Course (as <neu> being the forth one).A good joke,right?
