Unlocking 4th Style arcade

According to this and this the IIDX 4th style machine at my local arcade is still locked and many songs and courses have been left unplayed. For example, I've never seen Kamikaze, Ultra High-Heels, or Broken My Heart in Free Mode, Arcade Mode, or even in Expert Mode.

How does one unlock these songs? I'm sure the answer is somewhere on Konami's official site, but I can't read Japanese and Google comes up with nothing for me in English. Any help is appreciated!

573 combo unlocks broken my heart?
192000 points exactly unlocks kamikaze?

i thought 250 bpm and flowers for albion were also hidden songs?

I live about an hour from the arcade in question and it's heavily doubtful if they will actually upgrade to anything recent.

Don't get me wrong, I'm all for an upgrade and it's been brought to the arcade's attention many times but they don't seem to care.

Anyway, 250 BPM and Flowers For Albion can be played in some of the expert courses; I've never seen either song selectable in Arcade or Free mode. Also, I've gotten over a 222 combo on a single song in Arcade mode but Ultra High-Heels has never showed up in the song wheel. I have gotten Jam & Marmalade and Minimalian to show up on the song wheel though, maybe those are the songs that show up when you get at least a 222 combo? I'll try to get a 573 combo the next time I go to see if that does anything special.

Does anyone have any idea on how to unlock the hidden expert courses? Currently on the machine courses 1 (Vocal) through 5 (Club) are available. I can play the backside courses by holding down the VEFX key when choosing a course but they are not the same as courses 6 through 9 as listed on Konami's official page.

And yes this is the Putt-Putt machine in Ft. Wayne.

Putt-putts usually dont care about upgrade requests (at least from what I have experienced); hell, some people have been pushing an upgrade (among other things) on our PIU machine for over a year and they havent complied.

Yep. We got a real widescreen TV on the thing finally, but they are using composite video for the hookup apparently. (yuck!)

Is there not an unlock code you can use in the operator menu to unlock the songs?

I had to do so on my area's local 8th style machine for celebrate nite, and xenon and all those other songs.

How in the hell do you do that, even though I don't live in Cali no more, I will be going there next weekend and the closes arcade is a locked 8th style, so yeah, How do you unlock it?

To be honest with you, I can't remember where I found the unlock code of 8th style.

I think it was actually posted some place in 6.0, and I found it there after asking someone for it.

It was a simple key code you had to input while in the operator menu on the 2P side, I remember that much, but as far as the actual code, I can't remember for the life of me. Once it was inputted correctly, I think the sakura sound could be heard. Some sound effect played to let you know that you unlocked the code basically.
