Unlocking last explosion in DISTORTED?

Anybody know what it takes to do this? I check IIDXIcon, but they don't list unlockables in chronological order.

Need to clear 8-dan, which means you need to be able to breeze through level 10s.

The explosions are in order on IIDXicon, and the last explosion is earned by clearing 8-dan (I think it starts with stoic [H])

There are two 11s in 8-dan, and both of them are slightly (but not ridiculously) annoying, so you'd need to be able to breeze through harder 10s to beat 8-dan.

Um, since you checked IIDXicon you should know that it's one of
- Clear 3rd Kyu or higher
- Clear 1 Dan or higher
- Clear 4 Dan or higher
- Clear 8 Dan or higher

Why don't you just clear 8 Dan that way I don't think you have to do any of the other ones -_-.

If I recall correctly, Quantium was having trouble with 10s a few months ago, so he probably can't "just clear 8 Dan", since he might not be at the level of 11s yet.

You don't need to be able to pass 10s to get through a dan course with 10s in it :X

Yeah maybe on like...9th style this would apply. Considering DDCS 8-Dan has Quantum teleportation and So fabulous if you cant clear 10s at a fairly proficient level you don't have a shot.

So Fabulous isn't really bad until the end, there's a lot of building in it.

Meseki would be correct. I'm not really doing that well with 10's currently, I can clear a few of them, but probably not good enough to clear 8-dan.

If you have a friend/family/whatever who's even remotely good at IIDX, do doubles with you on one side and them on the other.

DD was my first IIDX and it took me forever to get good enough to clear 8-dan. I was so disappointed once I saw the explosion I was trying so hard to get.
