I agree on this (regardless of whether e-amusement is available or not).
Now of course, I'm not gonna get into the arguments of easy vs normal vs hard gauges or stuff about the "necessity" of it as an indicator or justification or justification of BM IIDX skill or those other points/issues related to it.
Now of course, I won't force its usage to others..........however I do highly recommend it. For many reasons of course such as, but not limited to:
-majority of BM IIDX players in Japan (as well as those in Other Asia) use HARD
-extra DJ point for using HARD (this is for those who take pleasure in earning skill points)
-Even if it's more lenient for songs with harder endings, the life recovery of it is tougher compared to other forms of life gauges (in the game) and is thus IMHO a good indicator of one's ability or rather capability in clearing certain songs & their respective difficulties.
-It is more rewarding IMHO hehe
-If you can full combo/perfect a song in normal gauge or easy gauge, then why not do so using hard gauge?
That's pretty much it.
Now of course, you don't have to use it all the time (if you can't handle all of it or if there are certain songs that you are unsure of). I'd probably say 50% usage of it in each arcade session is good enough for me..........though I guess I'll be more lenient here and say that AT LEAST once for every arcade play session is good enough
Two cents
