it was really busy in AI too i think. i didnt get to use all the tokens i had cuz i was always waiting! unlike weekdays where $10 disappears within 2 1/2 hours...

Wooo fun night tonight. Only me and one other guy playing IIDX, that's the way I like it. I'm liking the update for timing. Makes me happy, now I just have to get used to the damn TT being so far away.

I don't think the patch did anything.. if it was even installed. :c Eddie, any information on if Ken did try and do anything with the GOLD machine? I played on it and noticed no difference.. :c Not trying to complain; I still enjoy playing on GOLD with or without the updated timing, and am happy that we even have a good IIDX machine to play on.

Well, my scores were definitely higher last night compared to AC play last week. Could just be placebo effect though =).

its very difficult to tell, because on relatively harder stuff, i score pretty much the same. easy stuff i got slightly better, 2000-3000 points more maybe. its hard to tell for me whether i got better (uhoho) or the patch does have an effect... but i guess its not ps2 timing for sure. not that i mind having different timing at home and at AI! i just have to figure out how much better i'd do at home if i get a certain score at AI, and stuff like that. it's always been like that so its no biggie.

i think friday is the day... no weekday visit this week =(

Really? I played gold in HK, the timing is so loss..
Macau is going to get one in either tomorrow or the day after, I will see is it different from the one in HK. Both got emuse

And then when I come back, I can tell you guys is it like the official timing update

Tried it today. Its so much better that it has emuse.. just saw my name in iidx official website showing who passed the dan course

The timing is loose.. i can get over 180000 on some easy songs..
Its similar to the ps2 timing.. but im not very sure yet, since I only played 4-5 rounds today

Is there anyway that AI can make the emuse work, since it already got the card acceptor... and my country is using the line from Hong Kong..

I don't think so. If Konami decided they would even want Ken doing it, he would have to pay for it. Either monthly or yearly, I don't remember which it is.
