What happened was halfway through my first song on Customizer, the sound just stopped. I was playing deaf mode for a good 20 seconds. Then it came back. Then went. After that, it just barely made any noise. So I failed. Ken came over and restarted it and went into "Sound Test" and it still didn't work, so he turned it off.

My guess is that it has something to do with the wiring of the sound because it'll go out and in at random spots. Hopefully it can be fixed by tomorrow!

I think MGL had that problem, except it would be one speaker instead of both. doesn't happen any more though I don't think.

Unfortunately? What's so wrong with image training? I probably wouldn't be able to play half the shit I can in any of those games had I not shadowed them beforehand.

@Sound problem: Yeah MGL had the same beef going on, it stopped happening when they turned their machine down. I think they were quite literally blowing out a speaker.

I'm in contact with the guy who is in charge of Gamecon, the company that made the machines themselves, we're working on fixing the issue as soon as possible. I'll post once a solution has been made.

V6 is set with the no fail option for 1st stage.

There is AC inside of AI but due to the amount of machines running all day and people that go it's not very noticeable, hence the fans as well.

it was probably you then. its distracting/irritating as hell when someone is doing it in your peripheral. besides that i actually feel embarrassed standing next to people that do it. imo

Yes, he drove 6 hours all the way to So Cal just to shadow you.

Really, it shouldn't bother people that much. I think it's good when people new to Technika do it, it shows that they have more than a passing interest in the game.

Nah. I'm not a SoCal person, and I usually take my "practice" by myself out of the way of a technika machine, just my PSP and I, watching videos of the charts. I'll agree that people in my direct peripheral vision are mildly annoying, though.

The IIDX Empress Machine's screen went black for no reason when I was playing. I failed miserably.

DDR 4th Mix Plus was fun; played lots of oldies, but the game itself got old quick.

Beatmania III = Fun for only 2 tokens.

Lots of folks here today. The entire SuperNova 2 Machine was constantly being used, 4th Mix plus had its fair share, IIDX had some passerbyers including one bemanistyle member I forgot his name who was playing Doubles and 2p side.

There was a huge crowd over Street Fighter 4. Overall the night was buzzin with lots of people: asian folks, some white guys, and some girls here and there on the DDR and PPP games and SF4 too.

Good times. Spent $5 and pocketed 1 token from the DDR 4th Mix Plus machine, since no one claimed that token.

don't touch the plexiglass!

well if this happens again you can touch the plexi again to turn it back on. just be patient cuz the tv takes a few seconds...

I pressed the button under the Effect button, and bam it went black. Spent my last 2 tokens playing Beatmania III instead.
