Hope DD will arrive there next week, because I cant go to AI this week, I got final next week and I will be sad if DD is there but I cant go. lol

I played a game of IIDX after work last night and I noticed that the volume has been turned down a bit... I dunno, the IIDX machine doesn't sound THAT loud from the outside.

i think i noticed that on saturday too. it was a little harder to hear than usual.

but i can still hear the song select music and whatnot from the outside, coming up the stairs.

I remember once I was playing, and the guy there set sth during my gameplay, and I notice the volume becomes too low. So I talked to him, and he set back it louder maybe he is Ken? i dont know..

Damn.. I just got stuck in level 10-11.. just cant improve, in gekkou, always drop to like 30% during the middle part. And my frd has improved to be able to hard clear it

hidehide: gekkou [a] middle part is pretty hard ;] it took me a while to survive that part.. i used to die all the way when i first became able to beat 10-11's.

try the easier 12's... mmm blocks [a] is easy for the most part, if you can get 60%+ after the bullshit part then you beat the song pretty much... V [a] is not tiring but you need good reading if you're playing random. stoic [a] you just gotta watch out for the jackhammer part near the end.

blocks [a] and stoic [a] have been booted to level 11 though, since DD and gold, respectively =P

besides these, scripted connection-> [a] is a good intro to medium 12's =/

Your level is only 10-11s when happy sky come out? And now you are already AAing some of the level 12s!? wow! you improved very fast!!

V [a], I always die after the all blue key, white key, blue key, white key part..
Scripted connection [a] is hard on the part after the part, where there is like 5 tap in the same key.. my left hand just cant press so fast, lol.

Why Distorted is called DD? i dont understand. Because DistorteD??

i like calling it DistorteD but my hands don't like typing a lot ;]

when happy sky came out at AI i was still playing one handed. my one handed best is twelfth style [a] but that's because the patterns were doable with one hand. =P my grades were terrible one handed

for the 1357->246->1357->246... part in V [a], try hitting all 7 keys in half the speed. so instead of dadadadadadadadadadadadadadadada, go da--da--da--da--da--da--da--da-- hitting 1234567, if that makes any sense. you'll get some goods but that's a very much painless way to get through that part, and plus you can do the same thing on random. ;]

scripted connection-> [a] is also a good test of your stamina. when i first tried, long long time ago, i couldnt keep scaling after about 30 measures. =O even when i could beat it, i'd still get tired near the end and start losing my timing. one of those good days i AA'ed it at home, but ps2 = easier. so yeah =P

wow. Did u play 1 hand with left or right hand? I think i need to train my one hand skill, esp left hand.
yea, last night i tried gekkou another, i stay over 80% in the middle part. N i tried v another random+easy+auto scratch, i almost pass it. Lol, gotta train my sight on lots of notes being press together.
I tried to think abt the part of v yesterday, i think that part's timing is like a triad..
Is the judgement timing is stricter than ps2?
I can pass 9dan at home, but i cant even pass the last part of the last song in 8dan arcade..gigadelic..

timing is harder on the arcade machine.

the iidx monitor at AI may have bruises but they dont affect your timing. they just confuse you cuz the notes turn colors.

Is the key6 in 2p being fixed yet? Will AI get virtua tennis 3? The 2p in virtua tennis 2 has problem b4, u cant stroke u can only slice. Is it being fix yet?

im having fun playing happy sky at home. well not so much this week cuz job hunting = sucks ass but its all over now. just gotta graduate.

if AI gets DD i guess i'll be playing some fun songs for 1st-2nd-final then hacking the level 12 folder on extra =P
