Still no V2? By the way I just recently discovered that the walls in AI are blue. I've been there for like 3 years and I just figured that out recently haw haw.

I'll also be there tonight. If you want to meet me or pound me (whatever, I'm skinny so its not hard) Look for a chinese guy in his early 20s playing the equivalent of ~ 1000 skill point DM or crappy GF. I also wear white wrist bands and I have drumsticks that have tape on them.

It's gonna be a little while longer for that. I'm planning to go up this weekend to drop the hard drive back off to Ken (I don't feel comfortable keeping it). But we're still working on getting the code needed to unbind it from the previous hardware, and I can't really give a timeframe for it :/

Not true. As I stated before, if Ken can't get a V3 kit right away (he's trying to) he's just gonna upgrade to V2 and be 1 game behind like he is with IIDX and pop'n.<br><br>P.S. If any of you guys have had problems with any of the machines at all, please post what they are. When I go next I plan on taking a look at everything, and I don't just wanna go for broke and replace everything if I don't have to.<br>

If we get V2, can you ask ken to either start it at 3 tokens or make sure that very soon after installing V2, he'd set it to 3 tokens? If we get V3, 4 would be just dandy.

The pasttime for AI's Bemani is that new releases are 4 for 3 songs, and after about 6 months or just before another new release it'll go down to 3 for 3 songs. Anyway, Ken is a business man - if he gets V2 here, I think he would (and IMO should) charge 4 tokens for it. Yeah, it sounds stupid to say that, but then again, I'm all for businesses I like charging whatever they have to charge to stay in business.

But like what other people have said, I too believe that they'll probably charge 4 tokens for 3 songs when/if they ever get V2 (or even V3) for a few months, then drop it down to 3 later. Isn't this what they always do for their Bemani games anyways?

I thought they've been blue for...like a long time (er at least since the first time I was there in 2001). Then again, the lights are always off anyway, so it's not like anyone notices.

Bah I've played enough V2 at SVGL to not want to pay 4 tokens to play V2. I wish it would start at 3 since we've been stuck with V for 1.75 years now.

Then again even if he charged 4 I'd still play it.

Playing Potpourri D Orange sessioned gives me an orgasm. (Figuratively speaking)

I think the japanese are purposely not releasing V2 to us before V3 comes out. They want us to be "one behind" of them. Damn them for making such a great game that I go total bananas over and I sacrifice grades and social life for. (even though I am not that good)

On the side note......

-Boba tea at Life plaza isn't 3.50 dollars its like 4.25~4.60 but the two for 1 deal still holds.
-Genki living..... buy a crepe, go play at AI for 30 minutes, and come back to the store and I think they will have ur crepe out within 10 minutes.
