Well, I made it down there last night. Got some good Gold time in. There was only two other guys there playing which was cool. The guy that plays on monster hidden and someone else. Finally got to play Candy Galy but I lost... oh well. And for the life of me I still couldn't figure out how to make the 1 and 2p sides different difficulties. Hopefully it won't be a month before I get up there again.

The GOLD cabinet is permanent. This isn't a location test. The only way GOLD is going anywhere is if they get IIDX 15.

Hold VEFX and press the start button on the side you want to change difficulties. Must be in Battle mode.

ah, so it was hold VEFX and press start, not hold start and press VEFX.

Is it just me or is the GFdm difficulties set a little too high/low?

Maybe it's just me or something, but the machine timing felt different then what I was used to at CGL

Nice...Hold VEFX and press Start...I was holding Start and pressing VEFX lol. Also wasn't to sure about Battle being on or off. Thanks though! Appreciate it.

I figured it out after 5sec...
You dont need to be in battle mode.
Just VEFX + START

played too much iidx today. maybe more than a dozen games in a row. i suppose everybody's at AX. btw if you go to AX and see a taiko group perform, those are my homies from UCI ;]

and i was playing destructive wave [ext] and i dropped the stick from my left hand. more like it flung out of my hand and bounced off of a bunch of things and ended up far away from the machine (close to bishi bashi) and i had to get up to go pick it up and got a game over. bleh im so bored, making a long post like this.
