California Meetup

Hello ladies and gents:

Heading down to California this Christmas. As of right now, I'm only free on the 30th, but things may shift around.

If anyone's in the Pasadena area, please drop me a note. Purple Drank is going to get paparazzi'd, so if anyone else wants portfolio shots, let me know.

Man, there is a really good sushi restaurant in the Pasadena area, its called Sushiya and is located at 2525 E. Foothill Blvd. #2

Its a little pricey for dinner, about 23 bucks, but its all you can eat and I think the lunch deal is 18 bucks or so?

Also I'd be interested in a meetup

where in pasadena are you going to be at? I know I'll work Monday and Tuesday of next week then I'm free till Winter Session starts at PCC.

if you go to sushiya, make sure to sit at the counter and order directly to the chef for all-you-can-eat.

the reason for this is, there's a 1-hour limit to FINISHING all the food you order. if you sit at a table, they give you an order sheet and all the food comes out at once. in which case, your 2nd round of food will be towards the end of your 1-hour and they'll fuck you in the wallet by charging you regular price for everything you have left over. doesn't matter if you have one bite of a plate left -- they charge full.

so if you sit at the counter, you can order as soon as you finish your one plate of sushi rolls, and order the next one. you can keep a better track of things.
