I wont be there at all this weekend because me, Will and a few of people are going to DISNEYLANNDDDDD (...and Tekken majors).

Technika will be there Monday right? I wanna make sure I get a chance to play some courses now that I've played the crap out of normal mode.

Yes, Michael did tell me what the update has. I can vouch that they fixed various game-crashing glitches, but content-wise, I don't know how much I can actually let out into the public except for telling you guys that when it hits, it'll be damn well worth it (especially for card-holders - hint hint hint).

He also mentioned something about coming this week, I think (can't remember whether or not it was this week or this upcoming week). For those who need cards, he's waiting on the mail to come in - they're supposedly on the way, but you know how holiday shipments are, so he might not get them in time for his trip up to NorCal. If not, he'll probably end up shipping them to Corey to distribute. The cards will, IIRC, be regular Platinum Crew cards (they just say "Platinum Crew" on them, so no song designs; TehGenius has one of them if you know who he is and you bump into him).

Oh, and for the record, I snagged that Fever LE while I was down there (♥ DJ Nothing-I-don't-think-I-remember-your-actual-name/handle for showing me how to Lover HD), so I dunno whether or not Mike'll have one for the SVGL competition.

edit OK, so Scott just mentioned over at the AI thread, so I figure I should just crosspost and assume it's okay - the update fixes glitches, adds new songs, and enables Platinum Club functionality. Mike Yum was hush-hush on which new songs were specifically added.

I almost thought the Technika machine was going to break today lol ( ok fine, perhaps just the platinum slot..but still! ). Some lady wanted to play and shoved her SVGL card into the Platinum slot. I had to go and correct her mistake. Was afraid the card was going to be stuck there.

Oh and Technika crashed on me. Though it seems to have happened to some others too.

Seriously. That is just wrong. it has a Card Scanner now, so there's next to no excuse for that kind of thing to happen. I really wonder what she was thinking putting the SVGL Card in the Plat. Crew Slot.

Well, looks like I'm screwed. I can do the 1st 3 stages of a course (1st Course of course. Not THAT good yet), but then I get to the Boss Track and fail. Unless I magically improve for the contest, I'm SOL.

Then when I saw him leaving in a BMW... I'm pretty sure it was him =P
