Eh, I kind of like DD. Then again, I stopped playing after HS three years ago, so what do I know?

If they upgraded, perhaps they could also spend a few bucks and get a set of the missing BOSE speakers installed. There's no mid-range on that machine.

Edit: Ended up staying for about an hour. My scores were horrid, but it was nice to play on a machine closer than sunnyvale.

There will be one soon most likely, hold your horses! Only reason I don't want to say goodbye to DD is for all of the great trax from RED and older styles and BREAK OUT from DD, will miss that one

It's terrible. The timing is off - it makes AC 9th Style look downright charitable in comparison - and the controllers feel weird. Also, did anyone else notice the 'Pre-Release' ROM version in the lower-left corner?

I wasted my dollar on this game just to say I've played it. Timing is pretty bad. Controller felt like to me though.

I can't wait for an upgrade on the IIDX machine. Troopers or Empress would be awesome. I'll throw all my money into that.

Who knows if it will ever happen. SVGL's Troopers kit apparently went to Mesa Golfland, Empress kits aren't going to be easy to come by until if/when IIDX 17 comes out. Plus, RVGL does not have the best track record in keeping their machines current.

That said, DistorteD is never busy when I go and play. I've dumped over $100 into the machine, and at this point I'm about ready to just buy the CS version instead of giving Golfland any more money.
