From last i heard, there's a swap meet called "Frank and Sons" in Fullerton that mods PS2s with a flip top.

Not sure if the Japanese dude is still doing it there.

Frank and Sons is a hobby swap meet. You can find lots of random hobby stuff. It's only opened 2 days out of the week. Wednesdays and Saturday. Wednesday from 5pm- 11pm and Saturdays from 11am- 5pm. It's in the city of industry. Near AI

I've been thinking about modding my PS2 also, although that seems kind of far from where I live (Inglewood). If anyone knows somewhere else, I would greatly appreciate the info.
