I was mainly thinking of the bits where you were both accusing each other of not having any friends.

.....holy shit, calm down kiddies, fuck.

Mark, I think Aeiryu here is used to playing the "Japanese-style" of playing, meaning you have to literally "tap" or "press" (gently) to each control. God forbid if someone gets a little to noisey. Come on Airyu, relax already, its only a fucking game.

and if you think thats bad, you should of seen me a few years ago: Whenever I would get mad at guitar freaks, i would punch the screen. Of course, i do not do that anymore because I am no longer a wreck towards alcohal or drugs (weed/mushrooms).

Anyway, the point im trying to make across here, is I hope you and Mark can at least come to terms as being "acquaintances" when you see each other, because I would "really" hate to separate you two .

See yaz bye.

Wasn't aware that there's a "White" or "Western" style. You can generate enough force to push a button down with your fingers maybe half an inch from the keys; I really don't see the point in bringing up your hands to your chest. I figure that if you want the controls to remain pristine and responsive, you treat the equipment with proper respect. Maybe that's a foreign concept to you -- I surely hope your monitor-pounding didn't cause the flickering in espot's GF monitor. Good thing I haven't seen you a few years ago.

Love it when people try to dismiss the whole issue by saying "it's only a game". You'd be happy if you see somebody beating up the game you enjoy playing? Most people play games to have fun -- I personally find it very hard to enjoy a game when I can't play properly. Especially with music games. Punch the monitor a bit too hard and fuck, you can't see the notes anymore because you just broke the tube

We're old enough to fend for ourselves. If there were anything between myself and Mark, it would between the two of us. We would be "separated" by default, considering what you chose to see. You also conveniently chose to ignore Mark's post, which said that everything has already been resolved, so you're really just wasting time here.

tl;dr -- your reply is weeks overdue. Get back to studying for your exam :p

PS: good job, Colin, you ate the DJT machine with your awesomeness. Did you take the controller home with you after playing or something, because it's not there anymore...

lol I was over exagerating on the "punching the screen" bit, hell I didnt even punch it that hard, nor I did NOT cause a crack in the screen to begin with. Mark happens to be my best friend, wtf is wrong with defending your own friends anyway, and I think its more like DAYS old, sorry to say Anyway, I wasnt implying anything about the whole "japanese-style of playing", if I did, then I apologize, I was merely joking. Considering this whole ordeal that you have with Mark, is extremely childish and pointless really.

For the record, I have had mayjor issues a few years ago, trust me, if you lived the life I once lived when I was younger (and I wont go into detail on this one either), then you will have a better understanding. You seem like a nice guy, I hate fighting...honestly, so lets drop this whole bullshit war and be friends? .

As for Mark's post....I agree with SOME of the stuff he said, but I already cleared the whole "this is gone on far enough and this is childish" bit already, so there is no need to repeat myself. Aside from that, he was joking with me when he said that "it was a shitty song", that I can take. But you WERE right on that part on where he WOULD say something like that. But honestly, he has not said anything like that in a long time. Hell he reminds me of me when I was younger, I too used to have a big mouth, but not anymore, and the same goes for him .

Anyway, like I said before, you seem like a nice guy and I would hate to loose my friendship with you, so I will officially drop this. What you and Mark do now, is your guy's own business not mine, I just wanted to say my few words in this ordeal.

See yaz bye.

What the fuck happened here

Again, Beau. This is what I mean by white noise posting.

You dismiss any sort of argument as childish and petty just because it is that, an argument. I don't appreciate that.

There was an issue, I reacted improperly, I realized this too late, and we handled the issue maturely, just butt out next time, if you may.

Nom nom nom, it's tied up in my basement. No one can have it nao.

Actually though, I think Stan's fixing it. I'm gonna ask him to switch the 2P keys from Troopers to the 1P keys at E-spot, since I've only ever seen 1 person play 2P on Troopers and the 1P keys at E-spot are really hard. I know Aeriyu likes the keys at E-spot (vote counted) so is this something the rest of you guys want? Or should we leave it the way it is? Let me know what you all think.

Double post for my Birthday.

So I talked to Stan. He's fixing the troopers deck right now. Basically the coins were getting stuck, because the broken wrist-rest was hitting the coin slot and bending/breaking it, causing the coins to jam. He said that by fixing up the wrist rest, it should essentially stop the coin jam error from happening altogether, which is good news for CHQ. However, we all need to treat the deck/machine/wrist rest with utmost respect or it will just become perma-fucked again. I'm not pointing fingers here, I myself am guilty of hitting the deck several times in frustration due to coin jams, albeit not very hard, still pointless nerd rage. Let's all work together to keep the machine in great shape and hopefully there won't be any more coin problem. Gogogo!

I don't even TOUCH the wrist rest. I have to tell people like Richard to get his elbows off it when he watches me play.

Never said you did. Since the deck is connected directly to the wrist-rest, it would be reasonable to suggest that direct force or strikes applied to the general deck/coin slot area would serve to loosen or otherwise affect the wrist-rest. The wrist-rest is not simply bolted on to the front of the deck, it is part of the entire thing, especially the underside, which was cause all the issues. But this is besides the point.

We all just need to conscientious from now on, and if we do see someone being malicious to the machine, kindly tell them to fuck off.

Who's Richard?

Anyway, I've noticed that manually tilting up the wrist rest helps reduce coin jams by like 95%... maybe the coin doesn't set off the sensor when it's dislodged like it was(is, at espot lol)

I've played in Toronto, and their DD machine was just... weird lol

Coin jams + 4:3 resolution =
