FYI, there will be a no-bar ITG2 tournament at the Leather Pocket Arcade and Billiards in Calgary on Saturday. It's on the corner of 4 St and 40 Ave NW (Take the 32 Ave N exit off Deerfoot Trail and head West. Keep going until you go down a big hill and end up at the intersection of 4th Street. The pocket is in the strip mall on the right side.)

I figured it might be nice to get onto a new forum and meet some new people. And then... I find Mazriz.
Heh heh!

Unfortunately there's no Pop'n Music machines in Calgary I play at home myself. I doubt we'll ever get a machine in Calgary.

I wanna play too, but then I have to mod my PS2... and I need to save for school right now ^^;

Pretty cool to see they got ITG and SuperNOVA there. Now if they replaced that BM 5th mix with something newer...

Anyway what I wanted to ask is if therse any better spots to go to then the west edmonton mall.

Anyway what I wanted to ask is if therse any better spots to go to then the west edmonton mall. | I went there recently, and there are 2 itg2 machines, both with custom songs enabled. One was in Circuit Circus with r23, and the other was in al's rec room. the one in Ed's rec room has what looks like a hacked theme called itg eternal(or something like that). I don't know if it handles custom songs like r21 or r23. the one in Circuit Circus is $1, the one in al's rec room is $1 or 80¢(depending on how many tokens you buy) for 4 songs.
In Ed's rec room, there is a percussion freaks machine which is a POS. the cymbal is almost completely unresponsive, and the notes on screen for the right tom are black, making them virtually impossible to see.
In Circuit Circus, there are drummania and guitar freaks machines, both V2. there is a beatmania machine 5th Mix. there is a supernova and an extreme machine there. the pads seemed to give out on freezes, but are playable on. they both cost $1, but on extreme, you get 4 songs.
if anyone plays piu, i saw a PIU NX machine in a place called wizards *something* for $1.
i hope this 3 1/2 month bump helps!

By the way, it's Ed's Rec Room, not Al's.
As for Circuit Circus...yeah, the beatmania machine is still a sad old 5th mix. =\ I doubt they will ever upgrade it!
