Well, I was thinking since that it takes A LOT more of coordination in pop'n (you know, flying over complex 9keys step-chart..) maybe I could use THAT kind of coordination in IIDX...

And I don't see how IIDX helps with playing pop'n music.. o.O

It's not like Beatmania 5keys will help you with IIDX if you know what I mean...

Personnal experience:

My first time playing beatmania was on 5keys...
When I jumped to IIDX, I had to re-learn the game all over. My 5keys technics didn't help on 7keys... (like your 7keys technics won't help on 14keys)

But 7keys technics DO help playing 5keys... (well, who play 5keys anyways?...)
Because here you feel much more better having less keys to deal with.

Well, that's how it works for me...

GF/DM V = dope

I've been playing the damn game since it came out in march and I'm far from being bored by it.

If you like GF series just a bit Red (and I realized personally that you're quite good at it ), then you're gonna get your money's worth.

Onihime, Least 100 seconds, Funky Sonic World, Little Prayer, Die Zauber Flote... man

But next week, Konami will release GF Masterpiece Silver for the PS2, kind of a Best Hits game with over 70 songs taken from GF 5th through 11th Mix.

Songs like Timepiece Phase II, Tamayura, Chikara, Shining and Train Train are gonna be on it.

Well, you can use the GH to play GF.

Use Control C Setup and use fret buttons 2-3-5 but you can only down pick.

Someone on Gamefaqs said he was able to modify his GH guitar completely with a "switch" to switch back from GF to GH. I posted a link on the Guitar Freaks Drummania forum.

GF is my favorites Bemani series but I can only play songs up to 40 so far
