Well, Saskatoon has an ITG2...so it's not like you have no choice for games. :P The DM machine could definately use upgrading though.

The North Ruckers in Regina is closing and their DDR machine is broken, so yeah, definately they need something new. lol namco crapocabs. I guess Wonderland is an option too.

I don't live there though. Yay Calgary!

I hear what your saying though cause therse two ddr machines at the ruckers and another at a diffrent arcade even though the ruckers on the east side got the crapy rip off called in the grove or something like that. Now no one plays ddr like they used to at that ruckers and im like dying for a new drummania machine but typical ruckers wont get version 10 probaly.

Ruckers is too cheap to ever upgrade things like Drummania. The newest DM I've seen in a Ruckers is 8th, which isn't that bad.

By the way, you may call In The Groove a crappy ripoff of DDR, but In The Groove 2 is vastly improved over the first version you saw at ruckers, and most players who are serious about dancing games are playing it now and have stopped playing DDR. ITG2 is fun too, you know. :P

I go to LVR for some DDREx+, and its alright, gettin a little old though. The pads for ITG at East Ruckers are a little crappy. Haven't tried the West Ruckers for a while now, so I have no idea what its got or how its doing.

ITG2 is doing fine. As far as I know, we have two DM's and they are both in need of some attention.

Woops lol bump. Sorry.

Hey, no problem. It's not like this thread is useless or anything. :P

If you just started playing Extreme and the like, then it will be pretty fun for a long time. For those of us that have played Extreme for years, it gets pretty old and In The Groove is a good alternative for it. ITG2 specifically...since ITG1 was kinda crappy.

Stepmania is a good alternative for at home, but nothing beats the arcade experience!

Wow this thread is how old and it's still up oh well anyway The west ruckers pads are working just fine but for some reason the sound is fucked up on it now it's not as loud as It should be. And as for Itg is really screwd up you cat even press the down pad anymore on the left side of the machine. The Ruckers on the west side is fixed up some what and The 8th mix one at ruckers on the east was working fine till about a month ago. The Universty has an arcade too with drummania 5th mix and Itg 2 and the new galxy theater has an itg 2 but it's been broken for quite some time now. So Give That a look to anybodey in Saskatchewan.

And From what I know every thong is working fine in regina.

I play drummania at the cove on campus in saskatoon, I thiiiiink.. it's 6th, might be 5th mix though.. I learnt to play on that machine though so I wish they could just get more and more songs and keep the ones they have now too =)

and I wish we would get a Pop'n machine or GF

Wow I guess It figures when I come back that other people would post in this Thread.

Yeah Im pretty sure it's the 6th version down at the cove on campus It's working pretty good right now and Ruckers on 8th street Just fixed 8 and Guess what The 9th version on the west side is still broken I think It's been broken for over a month or so now and they havent done anything about it and not only that they also lowerd the sound down on ddr extreme there so It's really hard to hear it at times.

I would personally love to see a Gf Machine I only got to try it once when I was in Edmonton and It's actually really good but I dont think we would ever get Pop'n here.
