Pacific mall is actually in Markham, 2 cities east of mississauga, The arcade has been renamed playscape after estarburst bought out playdium. I wouldn't say that it is the best arcade in this area, it really depends on what you're looking for.
Toronto's bemani pales in comparison to what BC has to offer, the most updated stuff we have is IIDX 13, DMGF v4 and supernova 2. No pop n music, no keyboardmania anymore. You can find dmgfv4 at lovegetty, an arcade in Richmond Hill, northeast of mississauga.
Pacific mall has the greatest variety of music games, but most are outdated- DM10, gfv2, IIDX13, ddr ex/supernova.
Mississauga has their own arcade, Playdium, but other than a bunch of DDR/ITG machines, the only other bemani machine is GF9 that is drowned out by the racing games next to it.
My advise is to check out each one, if you're hardcore into GF and nothing else, then I'd suggest lovegetty, maybe playscape because v2 isnt that bad either. But if you just want to play a bunch of different games, pplayscape isn't bad since it is in a chinese mall where you can spend a day looking around in.
I play IIDX and GF but I'm nothing compared to you in terms of skill level (judging from your videos) but I'm in the markham area and can guide you around if you get lost, wouldn't mind playing a couple games either.

I'd definitely be up for sessioning a few games. I really want to be in town in time for the concert, but in the end it really depends school deadlines...

If I don't make it down to TO. mid-November, I'd definitely be coming over summer next year.

LOL, sorry! I guess it wasn't in mississuaga. I usually get a drive there so I don't really know where I'm going but I usually end up knowing that I'm in mississuaga.

I still recommend taking a visit to Pacific mall... I love going downstairs to see what the market has in store. You'd be amazed to find out how cheap some things can be.

But I'd also like to play a few games with you too.

My friend Simon goes there frequently for IIDX action too. Sometimes DDR.

Hey, if you're not busy on the saturday, I get off work at 4pm, could hang around pacific for some IIDX and guitar freaks for a couple hours if your interested, the 2nd guitar at lovegetty has been out of commission for a while, so I suggest just going to playscape for whatever bemani even though everything is outdated. PM me if you need directions or anything

I'll be meeting up with a friend at Markham on Saturday and gonna be going with him to Mississauga, so I might be able to swing down for a few games or something. Still no real concrete plans yet... we'll see what happens ^_^

On friday and Saturday, they close at 12, I should be there Saturday around 4-6, Friday, I probably wont be around after 4.
