there's this guy / girl pair who seem to come into r.p.m. every day and play the same eight songs on basic, then leave.

i don't get the point.

r.p.m. isn't THAT far from westminster highway b-line stop.

btw, $10 is pretty much a normal day for me. I usually spend 15-20 at e-spot on weekends.

i was there for a bit with aeriyu today, don't think i'll be there tomorrow though :\

he saw me die on Magic Words? i'm so ashamed. only the second time i ever played that song though. and it's pretty tricky for a level 50.

it's rather random... sometimes there may be lots of people in the arcade (ie: weekends), yet nobody plays mahjong... :/

best bet is to go there in the evening with some friends

so I went to long & mcquade in north van today and messed about on their ridiculously expensive (that'll be $7100, sir!) Roland electronic kit. they didn't have any acoustic kits set up, unfortunately. (apparently they want to save people from making fools of themselves...heh). that was pretty fun.

so an embarrassing question, heh - is it _normal_ for the beater on the bass pedal to rebound back after hitting the bass pad and smack your foot? because it was doing that all afternoon and now I have sodding painful bruise...
