8otb Thread Official. - Page 2

Is the IIDX 8th style cabinet working? I went to 8otb a few months ago on my way back from NYC (I'm from MD) and the left side had 3-4 broken keys, and if you tried to play Yesterday the game would crash. I might make a trip up there sometime, is it fixed now?

works completely fine now
keys work
screen timing issues are still annoying to me
and the machine no longer crashes on Yesterday xD

Yesterday I finally went up there and the IIDX wasn't working at all, and neither was the GF. What's the point of having a GF in there if it doesn't work? Also, it seems like kids just like to go in there and steal stuff. The handle for the pod racer game is just GONE

It's been gone for QUITE a long time.
And IIDX apparently works NOW but it crashes like every other game.
There is no point to the Guitar Freaks machine cause the owner is waiting for a new drive to fix guitar freaks :-/

Also yes people LOVE to steal shit from the break.

imo about the r21 upgrade: roxor is defeating the purpose of ITG. i think theyre getting lazy and just making a stepmania machine with some preset songs....=\

now we know that itg3 is going to be sloppier than a breakslut

I went to 8 on the Brea last May and man did the place suck

That wasnt a typo. The place was called 8 on the Brea. =p

Although Im glad to see the IIDX machine works, because when I played on it, it was just absolutely impossible to play. Are the timing issues fixed? The amount of Goods I got on that machine are indescribable.

I'll be going to back to Dunellen on December 9th, so hopefully I'll have a better experience.
