Question..usually every memorial day there's some "special" thing that happens at the break (usually price drop on games for that day)..I was wondering if anyone who frequents the break knows if there's going to be some sort of deal this year. I ask because I'm trying to gather up many people to take a trip that weekend and it would give them more incentive to go if there was something going on ya know. Thank you in advance.
You're right about the Memorial Day special thing, but usually it's not posted around until just a few days before. I think some of the music games were on free play last year, I know PIU was and I think a few others that day.
And for those that don't already know, the IIDX DD screen is fixed, come play if you want heh.
I had a good time at 8otb yesterday. Trying out Platinum Crew and talking with Dan. and Kiba. The Pop'n wasn't bad either and the break steaks were delicious.
this thread / board seems pretty dead, but im wonderin if someone could update me on the condition of the popn machine there? was going to make a trip up about hour and a half away and dont want to get there and have it be this ragged machine, or worse gone
How's everyone doing? I haven't been to the break in such a long time..and now that Chinatown Fair has closed, this looks to be the best location to get my groove on (then again, I think it was always the best place lol). I plan on taking a trip out there sometime in the next 3 months and probably more often during the summer. Hope everyone is fine and I look forward to seeing familiar faces.
