Schedule:

Day 1, Saturday August 18:
12pm - Arcade opens/Registration is open
1pm - ITG 2 Qualifiers Begin
2pm - PIU Pro NM Qualifiers Begin
2:30pm - Freestyle begins (or right after ITG2 qualifying ends)
3:30pm - ITG2 and PIU Pro NM Tournaments begin (or right after freestyle ends)
4pm - Popn 14 Qualifiers [tournament begins after everyone is seeded]
6pm - DDR Doubles tournament
7pm - IIDX 8th Style Tournament (Does not count toward CotC point ranking*)

Day 2, Sunday August 19:
1pm - DDR Extreme Qualifiers
2pm - PIU Pro HD/CZ Qualifiers
3pm - DDR Extreme tournament begins/IIDX Distorted qualifiers [tournament begins after everyone is seeded]
4pm - PIU Pro Tournament Begins
6pm - Popn Team Battle Tournament Begins (Does not count toward CotC point ranking*)

I also have a surprises in store for everyone coming.

*CotC point ranking:
This year at Champions of the Coast V, we decided to shake things up. Every major tournament gives you an amount of points. The amount of points is directly related to the amount of people in the tournament. Ex. 25 people enter ITG2, first place gets 25 pts, second place gets 24, and so on until the last person gets one point. The points add up to your total and the person with the most points at the end of Sunday is the CHAMPION OF THE COAST [2k7]. Cool huh? 8th Style and Popn Team Battle do not count toward overall ranking. Upon opening Sunday, I will have a list of where everyone is ranked hung up somewhere around the break. The list will be down once the tournaments start for that day.

And very important: FINALIZED RULES OF ALL TOURNAMENTS WIL BE HANDED OUT TO EACH PARTICIPANT UPON REQUEST ON SATURDAY.

yes, that was definitely good fun. i love a trip to the break and i enjoyed all the tournaments i was in, even when i got crushed. thanks to all that worked on it, looking forward to more events there.
