Anyone here ever play at Wildwood Boardwalk? I think the arcade is "Ed's Funcade". I play there every so often.

yeah seaside has a beatmania, the screen sucks though it blinks a little bit every so often but not enough to disrupt play just annoying. its a 6th mix i believe. kinda sucks only has like 20 songs or so on it.

anyone who goes to seaside, go to luckys arcade and tell mike (the old guy that owns it) we need a popn music or IIDX. hes the coolest operator on the boardwalk and would be the only person who actually would, he just doesnt think enough people will play it.

No there is a city, but you have to go into time warp around the sun to get there. When you get there theres no gas, so you have to walk everywhere. the place sucks major ass, and there are snipers on every roof.

Yeah me and my friend drove up rt.35 for about a half hour looking for somewhere to eat that was open at 2am... we ended up gong to white castle, which is rarley a bad experience.

yeah you guys think NJ is boring try living right in the middle of ass-fuck-farmland-upstate-NY-closest-arcade-is-an-hour-drive after living in good ol' jersey all your life. Less cows more oil refineries plz kthx

Haha, I've known that guy for like 4 years already. He is really nice, but I doubt he'd really want to invest in an expensive machine like that no matter *how* many of us go up and ask. My friend had talked to him about it forever and ever and nothing happened.

The sports center (forget what it's called) down 37 in Toms River used to have a IIDX substream and a Dance Freaks, but I don't know if it's there anymore. They also used to have Keyboardmania, but I think that got moved down to Wildwood when the little kids broke the keys. It has never been fixed. That same arcade down in Wildwood has a bunch of broken Bemani games.

yeah the recreation station isnt there anymore, sucks cause i used to go there just to play dance maniax. they had IIDX for a short while but he got rid of it after like a month or 2, that guy was an idiot operator anyway.

the non DDR bemani scene is basicly dead in south jersey, the only place in nj with IIDX is 8otb i think, not counting the crappy old beatmania at seaside

Try living in suburban Connecticut where the closest dedicab is in Brooklyn, 2 1/2 hours away, after living in Los Angeles for more than half your life.

The Freehold Raceway Mall's new arcade had Drummania, which I would play a lot even though it was old because it was non-dancing Bemani, which I always enjoy.

They got rid of it.

They also had DanceManiaX sitting at the front window.

They got rid of it (I think).

So now we've just got DDR Extreme, and I don't even play DDR anymore. I would say now all I play is some shooting game, but they got rid of that too.

I am sad. But I haven't been back there in a while, so maybe there's something new and interesting. I highly doubt it, though.
