Cici's Pizza in Ashland, VA (basically down the street from VCC) now has a Beatmania IIDX15: DJ Troopers. It is $0.50 for 3 songs + extra stage. "Doubles for one credit" is not enabled.

It might not be on some mapping programs because of all the construction that just finished in that area. If you can see Gander Mt. off of I-95, just take exit 86B towards Home Depot. The shopping center the Cici's Pizza is in is right next to Home Depot.
