I live in St. Charles. It's in the great county of Kane. Kane County. And I play DDR. And some PIU. Haven't seen an ITG machine anywhere. Ever. But I've downloaded the official songpacks.

No, there's no PIU anywhere in St. Charles (unless someone owns their own private machine...?). I'm saying that I've played it. I found two of them down in Disney World in Florida, one in the hotel that I stayed at's gameroom and two in DisneyQuest.
