I got some unfortunate news: I won't be able to participate in this year's event as well. I haven't gotten the time to schedule thanks to a big research paper I have to do for summer school in college. I will come next year when things are settled down for me.

I never said it was all mine, I have many people to thank on this forum for taking over. I was the one that had the idea, and wanted to have the meetup, and many people took it over that I must thank.

also there is still a VERY small chance I can come (about 10%), I might not be able to if my Dad starts his new job.

Even so if I do end up going, I wont be playing alot of bemani games, i wont have alot of money.

Hey guys.

Sorry for my unattentiveness towards getting updates done lately. I've been busy.

As a result of this, we are sending payment for a DrumMania V3 kit on Monday and should have it in by this Friday. Unless a major issue comes up, we will have DrumMania V3 and DrumMania 7th Mix both out on the floor for MMS. We also got Pop'n Music FEVER in and running thanks to Kenchan and Spork.

The first post has been fully updated with the complete tournament layout and rules. The schedule will be finalized on Monday night (and will not likely change). I'll update it tomorrow on other forums (because I am totally ready to pass out).

Any comments/questions/concerns/suggestions about the rules are welcome, but they are generally finalized aside from errors.

Hey Brazo, I don't know if it's been brought up in any of the Nebraska threads in the past, but seeing as how you've been the go-to guy for GOLD info, has FFC shown any interest whatsoever in buying a US GOLD if/when it releases?

Depending on price, that's our next priority. It's largely going to depend on whether or not upgrade kits are offered or only new cabinets. If US kits aren't offered, we'll very likely at least pick up a JP GOLD kit.

Aside from GOLD, the other big priority will probably be SuperNova 2 once that releases.

Damn, I was hoping they would have interest in a new machine since theirs is falling apart and the monitor is, well, not nearly as IIDX-compatible as it could be.

I just spent the past month selling and shipping stuff (see thread in marketplace, plus the DM cabinet+kits) for them with no profit. Hence V3. :<
