Pads are now back to sucky. I don't know what happened, but they drop freezes like crazy and pad misses if I didn't practically consistantly stomp on the arrows (again). The people there saw me and a friend putting full weight on the arrows and it still wasn't lighting up. The 2P side is still a bit better and doesn't stick anymore, but that's a moot point.

WTF, seriously.

ew... I knew Betson could not do anything right, even when they try to fix stuff.

Trying asking the arcade techs if they can open the pads for you, or talk to a manager. Just say something like "Having me look at the pads won't make them any worse", and say you have experience with DDR Machines. Then if you want to try to fix them (I heard cardboard fix has been fixing many of these pads). That is if you want to. Or tell the techs to do it, that is if you want to.

I wont be in Saturday, but if they are not fixed by next saturday I will call up a manager.

SF4 and KOF12 are up and running at GW. SF4 is SO fun.

Yeah I've been beating the snot out of KoF XII, after I found out how to activate the Counter Combos, game became so much more fun...problem is, it's kinda hard to hit it.

SF4 is...well SF4. Been playing the 360 version, I need to start working on my Abel game.

Corey: People have been pumping credits for pretty much free play the entire weekend, where've you been? There's been some pretty darn good competition last few night~

Only extreme and SN are playable. Yes, that's right: X is NOT playable.

I just found out about the kof12 machine today. I'm really going to try and make it out there this weekend. I've been trying to get back into fighting games recently after around 2 years of not really playing them that much. I havent really played SF4 that much, but I busted out KOF XI and 98UM a few weeks ago, and I have been playing blazblue a lot since I got it. lol, i'm probably gonna suck playing against other people, but I don't care.

Update:

Tekken 6 Bloodline Rebellion is now up and running.

Played the piss out of the KOF XII and T6BR all night, lots of crowds. Probably going to be pretty darn crowded for the next few days too.

XII is different, it sucks the arcade roster's really crippled, and a lot of moves were taken out while some were put in. One character that's throwing a lot of people off is Iori since now he doesn't have his flame so his entire move set is different (although he still has a lot of his normal moves and Maiden Masher). Comboing is super simple though, and the Critical Counter system is kinda fun but hard to pull off.

I ended up going today anyways. I played some Tekken 6, but I sucked at it. I tried kof12, but the coms are very difficult to play against. SFIV was badass though, my friend beat the arcade mode, and I played against him for a little bit.

I did not get to even touch DDR X today either, it was always being used, and even when I did wait around for it people would look at me and then of course put their credits in anyways. Maybe that was for the better though.

No AAA's today either. I just got back into it after I moved. Also there is another 2 Candy Cabinets in the back that are going to be used for Capcom Vs. SNK. The art was placed in, so it should be hitting the floor very soon.

Yeah I saw you today, but apparently you didn't see me. I was playing Saber Wing with a friend, almost AA'ed it again today, pissing me off because I can get 945k, but I can seem to break that on this machine. Freaking sucks considering my best is under 12 greats.

I did see you today. You did not play DDR for very long though, you came and went (downstairs is my guess?). My friend actually pointed out that he saw you before I even noticed.

It was a great day though, we got so many free credits because of people extra swiping. Played SuperNOVA at least 5 times for free, and I played Sangokushi 3 times for free. I also almost finished the course Max of Maxx on SuperNOVA, got about half way through Faxx before failing.
