Muncie has it's head up it's ass and I doubt if things will change all that much just cause of some reality TV show stopping by. I just know that I won't sign any releases to appear on TV.

Yea, their interest was peaked apparently when me and Dobbs told them that people could bring in their own songs as of that update. The only thing they are really concerned about though is people bringing in songs that are (and I'm quoting this) 'inappropriate for a family friendly environment' which is understandable, albeit I have not seen many songs that really cross the line in that respect.

Personally, I'm more interested in that Drummania 6th Mix machine, albeit it doesn't have alot of the songs that I like that appear in 10th Mix, V, and V2.

Oh, there is something that I almost forgot to mention. The IIDX 4th Style machine in Fort Wayne was purchased by Brian Ho, the webmaster of IndyDDR and added to his notorious collection of his machines. I personally have mixed emotions about this as I never got to play on the machine. However, I am kinda glad that he did clean and restore the machine to a pristine state and I'm confident that he will take much better care of it than most of the arcades ever would.

That was over a week and a half ago for me. I don't go there too often as I don't play In The Groove.

Okay, since somebody decided to start this rumor last week I'm killing it once and for all.

There are no plans for another arcade opening in the Muncie Mall, and Sultan's Castle is not coming back.

What I will confirm though is that The Play Station is looking to get rid of their Pump It Up Prex3 machine cause it's not bringing in much of any money. Also, to squash any possible rumors, they have no plans to get a DDR or ITG machine. (ITG2 machines are no longer available new since Konami 'inherited' the ITG franchise and will most likely let it die.)

I hadn't heard either of these rumors.

How much are they looking for on the PREX3, and when are they hoping to have it sold by? IF they hold off on selling it until I'm in my new home, I might have a place for it, and the prospect is oh-so-tempting...

The rumors were spread by some dumb local emos that you wouldn't know. I just know that they were talking like they heard it from here.

As for the PREX3 machine, I don't know what the price is, but you can call them about it at 765-286-GAME (I seriously question why they did that.) They are usually open Thursdays to Sundays and I don't think they'll be able to sell it off anytime soon since most people usually go for DDR and ITG.

Minor Fort Wayne area update:
Tokens N Tickets no longer has Keyboard Mania 3
but they now have Typing of the Dead, so it's almost a square deal

Damn, Fort Wayne's been losing all of it's bemani lately. First IIDX, now KBM.

Oh, a bit of an update on the Prex3 machine, they are asking for $12,000 which I feel is steep for a used machine so I can understand if you wouldn't be interested Arka.

I heard about that. Me and John will have to start bringing in thumbdrives with our collections of songs. I will admit though that I'll most likely spend most of my time playing Drummania as I'm a fan of the Session Series even though 6th Mix does have a pretty shitty songlist compared to V and V2.

Damn, that sucks. I hope Putt Putt gets some new sensors since it's not that expensive to get them now.
