It mainly bothers me cause when I do play dance games I play double and don't play single anymore unless there are a ton of people around.

In terms of scores, I am not eligable as I have opted to use the no mines and no hands mods as I don't like the fact that they put that into the game.

The ITG players in East Central Indiana usually go to Putt Putt in Anderson. In my case, I have all the Japanese DDR releases for the Playstation 2 and have hacked them to use the same timing as the arcade, and as there are no working machines near me I usually play at home or at John783's house.

Speaking of which, I hacked Supernova JP today for arcade timing and I have everything unlocked. Let the fun begin!

There is a new skating rink open in my town. The little flyer I got in the mail said that they have video games. Hopefully they have a DDR machine.

"Hacked" them to use arcade timing?... I normally make an effort to avoid whining people's word choices on BMS but gah, WTF?

Anyway, joe: if you give us a specific region or city, we can probably be more helpful. Or you can go to the "Machine Locator" on BMS (Interactive -> Machine Locations on the menu bar at the top) and see if you can find something. Be warned, however - many Indiana machines haven't been added to the list.

I was debating going to Gameworks this Friday since I was going to be in Indy all that weekend for drill. However, since I saw they are trying to charge $2.50 for 3 songs on DDR Supernova I'm just going to take my Cobalt Flux platform with me.

I don't think there are any DDR machines in the town at all. I'll have to check the skating rink sometime. I know that the new mall in plainfield has a movie theater with a machine, but I do not know if it is Supernova. Speaking of Plainfield, the EB games there is hosting the Guitar Hero tournament. I'm probably going to go lose.

Given the fact that Guitar Hero follows no real system in terms of precision and has an extremely random scoring system I honestly fail to understand how in the holy hell it would even be possible to hold a tournament for it.
