To be more specific, it doesn't feel like a DDR game whatsoever. All the songs are synced amazingly early. I'm not talking 'ddr early', I'm talking a full 1/4th second early or so. Max300 Super Max Me Mix's syncing drifts randomely, at one point it's litterally a full half second or more early. Know how getting 100%'s in ITG is supposed to be worlds harder than getting AAA's in DDR? I've gotten 4 excellents on Xepher Challenge on the ITG machine, the BEST I could manage after like 9 tries on SuperNova was 14 greats, just because the syncing drifts randomely. I'll admit it does look cool, but gameplay is just awful. To get into options you CANNOT let go of the start button AT ALL or it will go to the song (I accidently tapped it like you do in ITG once and ended up playing Max300 Super max-me mix on x3 -_-)
Oh the sync issue can be fixed, but there's something just irritating about the game. The second I played it I knew it just didn't feel like a DDR game at all, something different about it. I'm not the only one who feels that way either. Plus the scroll wheel is slow and buggy as hell. Overall the game just needs a whole new makeover all over again.
no machine update, they just replaced the shitty video board.
Thats what I figured because on Sunday when I 1st tried it, I didnt see all the problems everyone else had seen and then Bacon explained to be what the deal was.
